I had a small question before placing my order, so I emailed Naturalliving thinking I’d probably get some vague stock response or a little salesy push to just buy it anyway. But they got back to me way quicker than I expected, and the reply actually answered my question properly.
They followed up once more after that too, which was nice and didn’t feel like they were trying to pressure me into anything. It was all easy, no chasing, no weird runaround. Really happy with the service.

"Payment options felt a bit limited"
The site was easy to use overall, but I found the payment options a little limited. I managed to pay in the end, so it wasn’t a huge problem, but it would’ve been nice to have more choices like PayPal or a pay-later option. Has anyone else run into the same issue? Not a bad experience, just could be better.

"Delivery dragged on way too long"
Ordering was simple enough, but after that it got frustrating. I barely got any updates, the delivery was late, and I ended up having to chase them twice just to find out what was going on. i got tired of waiting around. Not a great experience.

I ordered a few small bits and thought the shipping cost was reasonable, not ridiculously expensive like on some sites. I’ll admit I got a bit unsure after I paid, since you never really know if everything will go smoothly, but it arrived fine in the end. Happy enough with the experience

I was expecting the usual nonsense where the basket glitches or the payment page decides to be a pain for no reason, but this was actually straightforward on my phone. I found what I needed, the basket updated properly, and the payment went through without any messing about. Got the order email straight away too. Makes you wonder why other sites make it so difficult. Nice and easy, I'd use it again

The items I got were okay overall, but I expected the quality to be a bit better for what I paid. Nothing was terrible or unusable, just kind of average. I’m curious if other people had the same experience or if I just expected too much. I might give it another shot if there’s a sale, but probably not at full price.

I ordered from naturalliving.co.uk and used a discount code, it worked just fine. I know some people can be a bit skeptical with these things, but I had no issue at all and saved a bit on my order. The prices were already reasonable, checkout was straightforward, and everything went smoothly. Can't really complain.

My order was okay overall, but i didn’t really feel like it was worth the price. The quality was fine, nothing terrible or anything, but I guess I expected a bit more for what I paid. Maybe that’s on me for getting my hopes up, but still. I probably wouldn’t buy it again unless it was on a decent sale...

I ordered from Natural Living and ended up needing to contact the staff with a few questions. The replies took a while to come through... and when they did, they didn’t really answer what I’d asked.
I also phoned them, but the person I spoke to sounded a bit rushed. They weren’t rude exactly... it just felt like I was interrupting or being a bit of a bother.
The product itself was okay in the end, so that part was fine. It’s just the support side that made the whole thing more stressful than it needed to be...

"Pricing Could Be More Upfront"
I’m giving it 2 stars because I didn’t feel the pricing was clear enough. I thought I had a good idea of what I’d be paying, but then a few extra charges showed up at checkout that I wasn’t expecting. Maybe they were listed somewhere, but from my point of view, they weren’t easy to spot. The site itself looks decent, but I don’t think it’s fair to make the final cost feel like a surprise. I’d really prefer seeing the full price earlier in the process.

"Staff didn’t seem very sure"
I ordered from Natural Living and had a couple of questions about the products, but the staff didn’t really seem too sure. They gave me some basic answers, but it felt like they didn’t know much more than I did, so I ended up looking it up myself anyway. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, just a bit disappointing.
